TrueStep HR operates this store at shop.truestephr.com and the website at truestephr.com. This policy describes what personal information is collected when you visit, buy, or contact us, how it is used, and the choices you have. TrueStep HR sells digital products delivered as instant downloads, so the data handled is the data a digital storefront needs and little else.
What is collected
Contact and order details: your name, email address, billing address, and the products you buy when you check out.
Payment details: payment card details are collected and processed by the payment provider at checkout. TrueStep HR never sees or stores your full card number.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, and how you move through the store. This information may be collected through cookies and similar technologies that keep the cart working and help us understand what is useful.
Communications: anything you include when you email support.
How it is used
TrueStep HR uses personal information to process your order and deliver your download link, send receipts and service messages about your purchase, provide support when you write in, send marketing emails if you sign up for them, keep the store secure and prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails without affecting order emails or service messages related to your purchase.
Who it is shared with
TrueStep HR shares information with service providers who run parts of the store on our behalf. This may include Shopify, payment providers, digital delivery services, email platforms, and analytics tools.
Shopify hosts the store and processes checkout. The payment provider processes your payment. A digital delivery service attaches your download to the order. An email platform sends receipts and any marketing you opted into. Analytics tools report aggregate site usage.
Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its service and handles the information under its own privacy commitments. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or in connection with a business transfer.
TrueStep HR does not sell your personal information.
Shopify

The store is not directed at children, and TrueStep HR does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email support@truestephr.com and it will be deleted.
International transfers
TrueStep HR operates from the United States, and information may be processed there and in other countries where service providers operate. Where information is transferred out of the EEA or UK, recognized safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses are relied on.
