Digital Delivery

TrueStep HR products are digital and are delivered as instant downloads. There is no physical shipping.

After your payment is confirmed, you receive access to your download right away. A download link is shown on the order confirmation page and is also sent to the email address used at checkout. Kits and packs may be delivered as a single compressed (.zip) file that you open on your computer.

To open the files, you need software that reads standard spreadsheet and document formats, such as a spreadsheet application for .xlsx files and a reader for .pdf files.

If a download link does not work, the email does not arrive, or a file will not open, email support@truestephr.com and a replacement or fix will follow.
