TrueStep HR products are digital. They include calculators, spreadsheets, templates, and kits delivered as instant downloads. Because there is nothing to ship and nothing to send back, there are no physical returns. The guarantee below covers your purchase in full.

The 14-day money-back guarantee
If a TrueStep HR product is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. The guarantee is simple, and the refund is for the full amount you paid.

How to request a refund
Email support@truestephr.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the name on your order and the product you bought, or your order number if you have it. A reply will follow to confirm the refund.

How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or card provider sets the exact posting time, which is usually a few business days after the refund is issued.

After a refund
Once a refund is issued, the license to use that product ends, and the downloaded files should be deleted from your devices.
